Currently, he serves as Team Lead – Accounting at ASICA, where he has been contributing for the past year by managing accounting operations, guiding his team, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Prior to this role, Shivam worked as Assistant Team Lead in accounting firms for four years, gaining valuable experience in process management and team coordination.
