Shubham Kalra is a results-driven professional with expertise in Payroll and Human Resources operations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. Currently, he serves as a Team Lead – Payroll & HR Specialist at ASICA, where he has been working for the past 1.5 years, leading payroll processes and supporting HR functions to ensure efficient organizational operations. Prior to this role, Shubham worked as a Senior Associate in Payroll & HR for three years, gaining valuable hands-on experience in employee management and payroll administration. Outside of work, he is passionate about cricket and has proudly represented Punjab at the national level.
